Every year at this time, students flock to vacation
spots for sun and fun. And, for many, they leave for an escape from
school and parents and good behavior. We take students to some of
these same places, but with an eternal purpose in mind—reaching those other
students for Christ.
Big Break is happening in Panama City Beach, FL right
now. (The Southern Illinois University Edwardsville band is leading the
times of worship!) During the month of March, thousands upon thousands of
students will hear the gospel. Just yesterday, over 30 students
indicated decisions to receive Christ! This is just the first of
four incredible weeks of outreach.
You can join in the fun! I watched the session last
night. The first 30 minutes of the evening session includes the sharing
time from the outreach that day. You can’t predict what the students will
say, but I think that you will be encouraged by their faith. Here is the
