Recently I was in Fulton for a senior send off for our 13 graduating seniors. These graduation celebrations are always so fun for me. Part of my enjoyment has to do with how much I have come to love the students like Zack (in the red sweatshirt during a time of singing), Steven, and Kara (on the left with Marta at the ruins outside Mexico City) who have grown so much closer to God and who have truly made a difference for Christ among their classmates. But, another part of my enjoyment stems from the vision of sending 100% of our graduating students as Christ-centered laborers into a lifetime of ministry.
When we pray in our staff meetings, we often pray about reaching every freshman, sending every senior and building them as Christ-centered laborers along the way. We long for ouur influence in the campus ministry to be multiplied as these students become leaders in their fields, leaders in their families, and leaders in their churches. God has blessed us with a tremendous graduating class. Thanks for your prayers for them during their college years!
