I Agree with Larentz

The Lindenwood students held an “I agree with Larentz” campaign on campus last week. (The picture is of Larentz--I may try to get a few more pics up soon.) Here is the brief: students chalk boards in class rooms and sidewalks and poster the campus asking “Do you agree?” This creates a buzz where everyone is asking “Agree with what?” Then, the following week, the students all wear shirts (bright and highly noticeable!) announcing “I agree with Larentz.” Larentz, a well-known student on campus, shares his testimony at a campus wide event. On top of that, many of the students wearing the shirts have opportunities to answer questions about their faith. One student, Gregor, had been attending another student's small group for most of the year. He was interested enough that he participated in the training sessions to help prepare the students for these conversations. The staff member at Lindenwood was not sure what to make of Gregor's request to wear a shirt for the week so Stefan met with Gregor to go through the gospel again only to discover that Gregor actually made a decision to receive Christ during one of the training sessions!
